We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Colin was a great host before, during, and after our trip. He’s great with communication and even provided us with a link to his blog about Tulum and a guest book filled with recommendations. His property manager was also full of great recommendation and really added to our awesome experience.

The condo itself was very clean and fully equipped with everything you could need for your vacation. It was also perfectly situated between the main street and the beach. Both a walkable distance.

I would definitely recommend Colin and his property!

Our family had a wonderful time here at this beautiful home!

It was very well equipped and comfortable and clean. It’s everything it says it is. The rooftop patio is a beautiful private space to enjoy bar b que dinners and the stars. We had rented a vehicle and I think if you have little ones, it’s a good idea to have your own vehicle to get back and forth to the beach or restaurants. Without little ones getting around by the bikes provided is pretty easy.

The beach in Tulum is very beautiful and not really as busy as I thought it might be. Rosy, the manager was very helpful with anything we needed. The book provided by the hosts at the condo had very detailed information of everything you may need to know while staying there. Unfortunately we did have to visit the hospital in Tulum and I must say we were treated with great care and there was no language barrier with the Dr.

I would recommend Colin’s home to anyone looking for a relaxing get away.

The condo was perfect!

The complex is very secure, clean, and quiet. The condo is ideally located — a quick cab to town or to the beach. Aldea Zama is a large area, but the condo is very easy to find. I stayed for NYE with 7 other girls, and the condo fit us all very comfortably.

Rosy, the house manager, set up our transportation, found a chef to come cook dinner our first night (affordable, amazing food, + great for a big group), and arranged for someone to come clean (highly recommend!). Rosy was always available and so helpful if we had any questions. Colin and Rosy made everything very easy — I will definitely be returning!

My only regret is that I didn’t think to use the shower on the rooftop of the condo earlier — showering under the stars was incredible.
